Is there a free plan?

Yes — and while ChatLemur is in beta, everything is free to try. The Free plan is A$0 with no credit card required — chat with Lenny, see live BTC/ETH/SOL prices and basic technical analysis, and get summarised on-chain signals. The Free plan is the trial: stay as long as you like, nothing to cancel.

How do I pay?

Right now you don't — ChatLemur is in beta and everything is free to try. Payments open at launch: credit/debit card via Stripe plus DOGE, XRP and XLM crypto — DOGE early-supporter payments may open during beta. The prices shown are launch pricing in AUD (GST included for Australia; international is GST-free) and lock in when payments open.

Is this financial advice?

No. ChatLemur is an educational community platform. All content — AI responses, data, analysis — is for learning purposes only. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Always do your own research.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. During the beta there's nothing to cancel — everything is free. At launch, plans are month-to-month: your access remains active until the end of the paid period, with no automatic renewals — you'll send a new payment each month.

What's in the Premium community?

Premium adds a private Discord community room for Premium members. It includes Lenny Live real-time voice, harmonic pattern education, volume profile sessions, and priority support. It's a learning environment, not a signals group.

Is my card payment secure?

It will be. At launch, card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. Your card number never touches ChatLemur's servers — Stripe handles all sensitive data. ChatLemur only receives a confirmation once payment is complete.
